The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in despite an early arrival. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a great variety of high-quality food, including the standout Pork Belly. However, waiting in the reception area upon arrival was inconvenient, and the ambiance near the check-in could be improved. Despite these minor issues, the comfortable Superior Room with a stunning canal view and excellent amenities made for a memorable stay.

The location was perfect, within a 20-minute walk to major attractions. The gorgeous pool area was a hit for relaxation. Enjoyed great coffee at the café and spacious rooms that made staying super comfortable! My special thanks to Ajith for his fantastic support during our stay.
